Abigail Nelson joined the JFK, Jr. Institute in July of 2008 as the Disability Services Coordinator for Adult and Continuing Education. Ms. Nelson previously worked as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor within a residential substance abuse treatment program where she provided career counseling to adults diagnosed with Chemical Dependency. Ms. Nelson holds a bachelor’s degree from Clark University and a master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Hunter College at the City University of New York.
